Whatever personal data you give to us, we will use it only to process your order. Quite simple. We don't like to receive spam messages ourselves and we do not want you to suffer from spam because of us.

PERSONAL INFORMATION ADMINISTRATOR: Your personal information will be administered by 'składnia' company based at Al. Wiązowa 14, 53-127 Wrocław, Poland who is the owner of ShelfOddity brand. We do our best to protect your privacy. Please read our privacy policy describing the way we use and protect the information that you provide to us. By registering or placing an order on this website, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this policy.
PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT FROM YOU: In order to process your order we will ask you to register and provide your relevant personal information including your name, contact details (e-mail address, billing address, shipping address) and telephone number. Once you've registered, you will not have to supply that information again for any subsequent orders. You can change your data at your discretion at any time. Additionally we collect information about items you have purchased in the past.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION: Beside of internal order processing we may use the information provided to notify you of your order shipment. We may use other companies to provide services on our behalf such as processing payments and delivery. We will only disclose your information to them only to the extent needed to deliver the service. Your email address will not be divulged to any marketing or any other company. Your email address will not be placed on a mailing-list.
HOW WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE: We store personal information on secure servers that are managed by us and by our service providers based in Poland and in USA. Our service providers supply backup and data continuity services. If you no longer want us to use your personal information you can request that we erase your personal information and close your ShelfOddity account. Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information we will retain information from deleted accounts as necessary for our legitimate business interests, to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the terms of service and take other actions permitted by law. The information we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
WHEN WE NEED TO UPDATE THIS POLICY: We will need to change this policy from time to time in order to make sure it stays up to date with the latest legal requirements and any changes to our privacy management practices. When we do change the policy, we’ll make sure to notify you about such changes, where required. A copy of the latest version of this policy will always be available on this page.
